3 or more Scatter symbols trigger 12 Free Spins. During Free Spins, each of the 16 grid positions has a Multiplier which persists and can increase throughout the feature. At the beginning of Free Spins, 1 or more positions that had triggering Scatters will have  Multipliers start at x2, x3, or x4. Other positions begin with x1 Multipliers.

Every time there is a win with the balloon or Wild symbols in an initial Free Spin, 1 or more winning positions’ Multipliers increase randomly by 1, 2, or 3. The Multiplier increase amount improves by one for every retrigger. Landing 3 or more Scatter symbols during the feature award 3 additional spins and increase the Multiplier on one of those positions.
