The game is played in a 3-3-2-2-1-1 reel area that can go up to a maximum of 3-4-3-4-3-4 reel area. Winning combinations explode, and remaining symbols tumble downwards, allowing new symbols to drop in. One blocked row will open up after a win, an xBomb explosion adjacent to the barrier, or a Wild Mining feature. The Multipliers in the bottom positions are awarded when the barrier is removed, and the symbols are destroyed or if the removed barrier reveals a Scatter symbol.

xBomb Wild Multiplier

An xBomb Wild explodes symbols in a cross pattern next to it and increases the Win Multiplier by 1 for the next tumble. Scatter symbols do not explode.

Wild Mining Feature

The Wild Mining feature is triggered when 3, 4, or 5 same types of paying symbols align diagonally, and there is no winning combination. The triggering symbols are removed, and a Wild symbol is created in the middle position of the alignment.

• 4 symbols award 2 Wild Bombs.
• 5 symbols award 3 Wild Bombs.

Wild Bomb explosions will increase the Win Multiplier by 1 for the next tumble. All other symbols will explode, except xBomb symbols. If a Scatter symbol gets blown away, it will reappear in a random position in the next collapse.

Scatter symbols

There are 2 types of Scatter symbols in the game: Silver Cage and Gold Cage Scatters. The Scatter symbol can land anywhere on the grid. If it lands behind the barrier it will not come into play until it is unblocked. Scatters stick to their positions and remain during the Canary Free Spins unless the Scatter is in the vault position –if so, it will then be pushed to an available space towards the center.

Landing 3 Scatter symbols of any kind trigger 3 Canary Free Spins. Every xBomb that lands in view reset the spin count to 3. The reel area becomes a 4-3-4-3-4-3-4 with 4 locked vaults in the corners. Albeit the vaults are locked, they still collect Coins and Multipliers from 3 neighbour positions. Vaults can be opened up by xBomb explosions. Unlocked vaults award all collected Coins and Multipliers at the end of the Free Spins.

Scatter symbols start with a 1x and collect Coins, Multipliers, Upgrades, and the Rat and Dwarf Enhancers.
