Symbols on the reels include 4 low-pay candies, medium-pay lemons, grapes, apples, strawberries, and high-pay 7s. The game has 2 Wild symbols: a Regular Wild and a Locked Wild—both Wilds substitute for any paying symbol. There are also Level Up and Dropz symbols.

Dropz Features

Avalanche

All winning and paired symbols explode. The remaining symbols drop down, and new symbols drop in to fill the grid. If new wins occur, the Avalanche repeats.

Chocolate

The game starts with six rows, of which chocolates block three rows. Chocolate in a grid is a blocker symbol and can contain a symbol that is not yet in play but activates when the chocolate explodes. Every chocolate that explodes increases win ways from 729 up to a maximum of 262,144 win ways. The explosion is triggered by an adjacent symbol explosion.

Symbol Pairs & Multipliers

At the top of the game, there is a Pair Matching plate. The plate shows 2 symbols of the same colour with a Rewarding Multiplier and the Win Multiplier next to it.

When the Pair Matching symbols appear adjacent, they will be paired and collected to the Pair Matching Meter. The paired symbols, and symbols above or below them, explode and are removed from the grid after the win evaluation. Once the Meter is full, the Rewarding Multiplier is added to the Win Multiplier and applies to the ongoing drop and for the subsequent wins.

Special Symbols

A couple of Special Symbols may also appear on the grid: the ReDropz feature symbol and the Locked Wild feature symbol.

• ReDropz – Adds 1-2 extra drops to the ongoing Base Game or Bonus Game.
• Locked Wild – A Wild symbol that is charged to last for 3 winnings. It disappears from the grid after the last win or when the level upgrade occurs.

Game Levels

Dropz has 3 game levels with expanding number of rows. The game starts at level 1. The next level is unlocked by activating the Level Up symbol from the chocolate at the current level. Any Multipliers, Pair Matching Meter, and collected Bonus Symbols remain at the new level. For each level, the number of rows is:

• 1st Level – 6 rows with 3 rows in play and 3 rows blocked by chocolates.
• 2nd Level – 7 rows with 3 rows in play and 4 rows blocked by chocolates.
• 3rd Level – 8 rows with 3 rows in play and 5 rows blocked by chocolates.

Bonus Game

Collecting 3 Bonus symbols trigger the Bonus Game with 5 Free Drops. The feature starts with 8 rows with 3 rows in play and 5 rows blocked. The Multiplier and the Pair Matching Meter are kept and carried over from the Base Game to Bonus Game. Chocolates from the first drop remain sticky and can get new symbols. Locked Wilds also remain between Free Drops until fully used.
