Reel Area

Disturbed has 5 reels and a 4-2-4-2-4 row setup with 4 Enhancer Cells on the top and bottom row of reels 2 and 4. Fully Stacked character symbols on reel 3 turn into a Wild symbol in the base game, Pre-op Spins, and Annihilation Spins.

Mrs. Nudge (xNudge)

Mrs. Nudge is an xNudge symbol and can only land on reel 3. When the symbol lands, it always nudges fully visible. Each nudge also increases the Win Multiplier by 1.

Enhancer Cells

Each spin can activate up to 4 Enhancer Cells. When this happens, one of the following features occurs:

* xWays – A random position becomes xWays that affect all symbols on an xSplit position.
* xSplit – Random symbols on reel 3 transform into Mr. Split Wild symbol and split all symbols in the same row. Splitted xWays symbol adds an extra xWays symbol to the reels.
* Wild – One random position will become a Regular Wild.
* Disturber – Each Disturber activates a Respin. During a triggered Disturber, the activated features are re-triggered.
* Gravestones – Four Gravestone symbols may trigger the Angel of Death feature which directly leads to Six Feet Under a.k.a max payout of 54,391x the bet.

Pre-op Spins

Landing 3, 4, or 5 Scatter symbols on the reels trigger 12, 15, or 20 Pre-op Spins, respectively. During the feature, one Enhancer Cell is guaranteed to activate. When a Disturber symbol lands in an activated Enhancer Cell, an extra spin is granted.

Annihilation Spins

Landing 3, 4, or 5 Scatter symbols trigger 12, 15, or 20 Annihilation Spins, respectively. During the Annihilation Spins, all Enhancer Cells are activated. And as in the Pre-op Spins, landing a Disturber on an active Enhancer Cell will award one additional spin.
